Red Rose - Live The Life You’ve Imagined
Red Rose formed in 2010 in Israel. Their music style turned out to be some sort of mixture of Melodic Hard Rock, Classic Heavy Metal and Pomp Rock, playfully called among the band members "good music". When it came to choosing a name for the project, “Red Rose” wasn’t argued much. It seemed to precisely represent the band's general vision: the beauty and romance of a dream along with the thorns of reality. When sketches were ready and it was time to rehearse and wrap up the material, everything came into place very quickly and 'Live The Life You've Imagined' became reality. Red Rose recorded the album at Jailhouse Studios, Denmark, with renowned producer Tommy Hansen. The band was very excited about Tommy’s work with Helloween, Jorn and many other international acts and they all agreed that his signature sound was what their music demanded. The band logo and album artwork have been handled by Brazilian artist Jobert Mello (Sabaton, Benedictum). After signing a deal with Bakerteam Records the band is ready to spread its word throughout the world.
BAKERTEAM RECORDS LAUNCHED
Scarlet Records has created and launched its own partner label, Bakerteam Records, which aims in discovering and offering support to the best talents of the hard rock & heavy metal international scene. The new label will benefit from all the distribution channels and promotional tools that have made Scarlet one of the most established labels out there, focusing primarily on up and coming sensations that aspire worldwide exposure.
The first two Bakerteam releases will be debut albums from Israeli band Red Rose (25 October 2011) and Italian band The Ritual (14 November 2011).
Red Rose blends Melodic Hard Rock, Classic Heavy Metal and Pomp Rock keyboards in an elegant and refined shape in the vein of Royal Hunt. Recorded at Jailhouse Studios with renowned Danish producer Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Jorn), 'Live The Life You've Imagined' is a thrilling and memorable record from the first to the very last song.
Always in perfect balance between aggression and melody, The Ritual is a Power/Thrash Metal monster "contaminated" by modern Metal gods such as Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet For My Valentine. 'Beyond The Fragile Horizon', graced with a beautiful cover artwork by Nerve Design (Threshold, Nile, Legion Of The Damned, Vision Divine), is the Heavy Metal revelation of the year thanks to the contagious vehemence of its ten songs produced and mixed by Federico Pennazzato (Sadist, Secret Sphere) and mastered by Simone Mularoni (DGM, Empyrios).
